AGENDA McClellanville Planning Commission Public Hearing and Scheduled Meeting July 17, 2006 - 7:00 PM 1. Minutes 2. Public Hearing on the proposed subdivision of a 2.71 acre tract, TMS No. 764-10-00-024, located at S. Pinckney and Liberty Streets. The preliminary plat shows the subdivision of the tract into three lots: Lot 1, .75 acres; Lot 2, .98 acres; and Lot 3, .97 acres. 3. Public Hearing on the proposed updates and revisions to the McClellanville Comprehensive Plan, adopted May 3, 1999. 4. Consideration of plats submitted for review 5.
