AGENDA McClellanville Planning Commission Aug. 21, 2006 - 7 PM 1. Minutes 2. Consideration of submitted plats 3. Old business: Continue discussion of proposed marsh setback-last month, the Commission considered a setback averaging 30 feet along the marsh, but to be no less than 20 feet. Continue discussion of possible recommendation to Council to reduce the minimum allowed impervious surface ratio allowed for nonconforming lots of record from 5000 square feet. Kathryn has suggested that 3000 square feet might be more appropriate. 4. New business 5. Adjourn |
