Is Council ready to make a determination as to whether liability insurance will be required for this lease? 9. Please see the copy of the letter from Town Attorney Frances Cantwell. Before amending our present parking ordinance (copy enclosed), Frances would like to know the extent of regulation that Council would like to require. 10. Bob Gannon would like to address Council regarding proposed "overlay districts." 12.
