1. Minutes from April 2 and two sets from April 16

2. Opening of proposals submitted in response to the Town's Request for Proposal for Audit Services

3. Kathie Livingston, owner of Nature Adventures Kayak and Canoe Outfitters, Inc., would like to address Council regarding a separate usage fee for kayaks and canoes launched at the R.E. Ashley Boat Landing. (Please see her letter, enclosed.)

4. Bill Youngman and Natalie Wilhelm have asked to share their thoughts with Council regarding public safety and use of golf carts and ATV's on the Town streets and sidewalks.

5. Jim and Bob will report on the progress of the committee appointed to study the Town's animal control ordinance. Please see the enclosed preliminary draft of some revisions the committee has proposed.

6. Public hearing and consideration of final reading on the proposed "Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12 of the Code of the Town of McClellanville (Zoning Ordinance) So As To Define the Amount of Marsh and Critical Area Permitted To Be Counted Towards Lot Area and To Establish the Maximum Impervious Surface Permitted on a Nonconforming or Substandard Lot."

7. First Reading on the Ordinance to Adopt the Budget for FY 2007/2008

8. Consideration of First Reading on "An Ordinance to Amend the Code of the Town of McClellanville by Incorporating into Chapter 10 Thereof, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, the Provision of the Motor Vehicle and General Parking Ordinance for the Town of McClellanville Adopted on December 7, 1992, and By Adding Thereto Provisions Regarding the Unlawful Blocking of Driveways."

9. Consideration of First Reading on an annexation ordinance for two properties on Drayton Street belonging to Maury and Ginger Thompson: "An Ordinance to Provide for the Annexation of Properties Bearing TMS Nos. 764-15-00-021 and 764-15-00-043 to the Town of McClellanville."

10. Please see the enclosed request for C-Fund Projects from the County Transportation Committee. I am enclosing a copy of our requests from last year. As you know, efforts are underway to put the drainage improvements in place for Morrison and Baker Streets, and I recently received word from the County that they should soon be ready to start with installation of culvert and covering the ditch on Lofton Court. Shall we move last year's third priority request, McClellan Ave. drainage, to number one spot, or does Council have other suggestions?

11. Appointment of a new member to the Board of Zoning Appeals: Please see the two letters from applicants, enclosed.

12. Please see the information from Paul Fields and Kathryn Basha with their suggestion to increase certain fees for zoning and building permits.

Also, Paul will report on our recently improved Building Codes Effectiveness score, which should produce greater discounts on flood insurance for residents.

13. Please see the request to declare May to be "Mental Health Month in McClellanville."
