Fred Sullivan and Jeri Nickerson for temporary substitution of wood for brick front stairs, foundation piers to be left uncovered until brick can be done per original plans for 838 Pinckney Street. 4. Consideration of an application by Wendell M. Padgett for commercial signs at 10017A Highway 17 North, (Community Fashion & Design). This application was tabled at the August 13, 2007 meeting. 5.
