Town of McClellanville Planning Commission February 25, 2008 Agenda 1. Call to Order 2. Minutes: * Approval of draft minutes for January 28,2008 (attached) 3. Public Hearings: * Charleston County proposal to name segments of Pinckney Street for 911 clarification * Consideration of an amendment to Planned Development Regulations §5.6.3.2. This amendment will allow greater than 15% of the net land area to be nonresidential uses in any planned development along Highway 17. Currently the 15% limitation applies to any land not zoned highway commercial as of September 2004. 4. Review and comment of Charleston County Comprehensive Plan proposed character areas: (information and exercises that will be used at the county meetings on Monday night will be provided at the town's meeting) 5. Distribution of 2008 proposed work plan 6. Adjourn |
