Town of McClellanville Planning Commission March 17, 2008 Agenda 6:00 PM The Planning Commission will begin a review of its powers and duties and follow with a review of procedures and criteria for review of various application types. This review will be continued after the regular Commission meeting or at a later date depending upon time restrictions. 7:00 PM 1. Call to Order 2. Minutes: Approval of draft minutes for February 25, 2008 3. Pinola Planned Development rezoning request. Public hearings were held on this proposal on December 17, 2007 and March 3, 2008 (Town Council). The Planning Commission has agreed to take additional public comment before working with the applicant on outstanding issues. 4. Amendment to Planned Development Regulations §5.6.3.2 to allow greater than 15% of the net land area to be nonresidential uses in any planned development along Highway 17. Currently the 15% maximum applies to any land, other than that zoned highway commercial as of September 2004. 5. Annual organization meeting: Election of Commission Chair and Vice Chair for upcoming year Consideration of proposed 2008 work plan Continued review of application procedures and review criteria 6.
