McClellanville Board of Review AGENDA April 14, 2008 - 7:00 PM 1. Call to Order 2. Minutes 3. ARB consideration of the application from Malcolm Baldwin for a new commercial sign on front of existing building in location of the original sign. 28 sq. feet, wood construction, black lettering on white background, 829 Pinckney Street (WP Baldwin & Associates Real Estate). 4. ARB consideration of the application from Gwen Ward to enclose a previously approved pergola and establish roof over top. All work to be done at 107 Cassena Street. 5. ARB consideration of the application from Gary Bronson representing the McClellanville UMC to enclose a HVAC unit with a small picket fence. All work to be done at 568 Pinckney Street. 6. ARB consideration of the application from Tom and Mary Duke for an addition to an existing garage at 133 Oak Street. 7. ARB consideration of the application from Robert C. Garner to screen a portion of side porch, close the current screened porch to match the existing house details and remodel current kitchen and utility room. All work to be done at 207 Scotia Street. 8. Reading of the Orders of the Board; Vote on the Orders. 9. Old and/or New Business. (a) Amortization of sign compliance (b) An update on the historic resource survey and design guideline project (c) Proposed format of design guidelines for properties within the historic district (using the screening projects as examples) (d) Distribution of information about the upcoming State Preservation Conference and continuing education credits 10.
