Town of McClellanville Planning Commission April 28, 2008 Agenda 7:00 PM 1. Call to Order 2. Minutes: ? Approval of draft minutes for March 17, 2008 3. Old Business: ? Pinola Planned Development rezoning request. The Public hearing for this proposal has been advertised for May 5, 2008 beginning at 6 p.m. The Planning Commission may hear additional public comment at this meeting, but will not take action on the application before next week's public hearing. ? Amendment to Planned Development Regulations §5.6.3.2 to allow greater than 15% of the net land area to be nonresidential uses in any planned development along Highway 17. Currently the 15% maximum applies to any land, other than that zoned highway commercial as of September 2004. ? Update on County Comprehensive Plan process ? Distribution of updated 2008 work plan 4. New Business: ? Consideration of plat to create two additional lots on Mercantile Road from TMS 764-11-00-001, Barber and Flax ? Consideration of plat to create a new lot at the intersection of Kitt Hall and Romain Roads, TMS 744-00-00-030, Frances Graham ? Results of Historic Resource Survey update ?
