AGENDA McClellanville Town Council August 4, 2008 - 7:00 PM 1. Minutes 2. Public Hearing; Consideration of Final Readings: "An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance 2008-5 Regarding the Adoption of Standard Codes Related to Construction" 3. Ginny Prevost would like to request use of the area under Town Hall for serving refreshments during a planned bicycling event. (Please see copy of policy for use of municipal area, enclosed.) 4. Dick Hunter would like to request use of the area under Town Hall for a fishing tournament to benefit a non-profit agency. 5. Beren Duke would like to offer a proposal to Council regarding pick-up of trash at the boat landing. Please see the copies of Beren's contract, enclosed. 6. Consideration of the County's estimate for re-paving the entrance drive to the municipal area and the parking areas for the Museum and Town Hall: This matter was deferred at the last meeting to be revisited tonight. 7. Consideration of applications to fill two vacancies on the Architectural Review Board. 8. Review of summary of changes to the Charleston Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan (enclosed); consideration of a resolution to adopt the revised Charleston Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan |
