AGENDA McClellanville Town Council November 3, 2008 - 7:00 PM 1. Minutes 2. Chuck Jarman from Charleston County Public Works Dept. will speak to Council on stormwater management requirements. 3. For Council's consideration: . Playground maintenance agreement (please see proposal from Mosteller Design and Construction, enclosed)-Does Council feel we should enter the maintenance agreement? Paul Fields says that he would be willing to inspect the equipment periodically, if Council feels that would satisfy our liability concerns. . Application for funding form: Does Council have thoughts or suggestions regarding the draft form presented for consideration last month? . Gary and I would like Council's feedback on our idea of publishing the monthly newsletter online, rather than mailing it each month. We would still print some hard copies to place at the library and local businesses. We would save around $1000 per year in postage, and Gary could update the newsletter each week as new information came in. 4. Consideration of a resolution to accept Graham Farm Road and Leland Creek Road in the Graham's Corners PD into the town road system. 5. Mary would like to speak to Council regarding a nuisance property complaint. |
