Town of McClellanville Planning Commission January 26, 2009 Agenda 7:00 PM 1. Call to Order 2. Minutes: Approval of draft minutes for November 17, 2008 3. Public Hearing: Consideration of amendments to provide for administrative review and consideration of alterations to "noncontributing" structures in the historic district, alteration of existing structures in the highway commercial district, as well as modifications of design details during construction after approval by the ARB. Town Council has revised the draft to delete property posting and written notification to adjacent property owners. These changes from the original draft subject to prior public hearings make it necessary to repeat the public hearing process. 4.
