AGENDA McClellanville Town Council March 2, 2009 - 7:00 PM 1. Minutes 2. Local pharmacist J.D. Wells would like to address Council regarding financial difficulties with maintenance of the pharmacy in town. 3. Public Hearing on the following proposed ordinances: A) "An Ordinance to Amend Article V and Article XII of the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance of the Town of McClellanville, South Carolina So As To Provide for an Administrative Review of Certain Work in the Historic (H) and Highway Commercial (HC) District" Please see the staff report on this ordinance from the Zoning Administrator. B) "An Ordinance to Amend Article IV, Chapter 4 of the General Ordinances of the Town of McClellanville Pertaining to the Flood Prevention Measures". Please see the copies of the draft ordinance with attorney's explanation of the changes. 4. Report from Building Official Paul Fields on the findings of his inspection of the old fire tower 5. Update from Zoning Administrator Kathryn Basha on the Town's offer to purchase property at 201 Cassena St. with approved Greenbelt Bank funding 6. Councilman Jim Scott would like to discuss problems with reported illegal activity at the vacant "castle" property on Gypsy Lane. FYI: Please see the letter from Jimmy McClellan, enclosed.
