AGENDA McClellanville Town Council May 4, 2009 - 7:00 PM 1. Minutes 2. Review of resident survey regarding satisfaction with the trash collection service (re: budgeted amount for renewal of trash contract) 3. Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2009/2010: Three draft budgets are enclosed: 1) Budget on which Council held first reading 2) Budget I emailed to Council with new fire contract fee inserted 3) Draft budget including $7500 transfer from Boat Landing Account and an allowance for greenspace acquisition and drainage improvements 4. Consideration of Action Plan Status Report for Hazard Mitigation in 2008/2009 and Action Plan for 2009/2010 5. Consideration of a Letter of Concern: Wildfire Risk in the Silver Hill and Skipper's Point Neighborhoods 6. "C" Fund Project Requests: Please see the enclosed letter from the Charleston County Transportation Committee. 7. Request from Tree Committee for Appointment of New Members: Eddie Stroman, Billy McClellan, and Tom Kephart 8. Consideration of appointment of Morgan Baird to fill a vacancy on the Architectural Review Board/Design Review Board. (Please see the copy of his application from 2008. Mr. Baird recently called in response to our notice of the vacancy and said that he was still interested in serving.) |
