McClellanville Board of Review following the BZA Meeting AGENDA August 6, 2009 - 7:00 PM 1. This is a Joint session with the Board of Zoning Appeals Chairperson Eddie Richards will conduct the meeting and when BZA business is concluded the meeting will be turned over to Chairperson Elizabeth Dawson. 2. ARB consideration of Dempsey & Jacqueline Mercer. This application is for the relocation of an existing home with wood doors and siding, aluminum windows and single roof. This house is to replace a home that destroyed by fire. The property is at 226 Cassena Street and is in the Historic District. 3. Reading of the Orders of the Board; Vote on the Orders. 4. Adjourn |
