AGENDA McClellanville Town Council January 4, 2010 - 7:00 PM 1. Judge Gail Guzzo will swear in the Mayor and Council for the 2010 - 2011 term. 2. Call to order 3. Appointment of Council's standing committees and election of Mayor Pro Tempore. Last term's Mayor Pro Tem was Bob Gannon, committee members were: Public Works Committee: (oversees streets and roads, also building and grounds) Aaron Baldwin and Gussie Humes Personnel Committee: Bob Gannon and Jim Scott Finance Committee: Mayor and all Council Members 4. Minutes 5. Discussion of recent vicious dog incidents: Does Council feel that our current ordinance provides adequate regulation? (Please see copy of our recent amendment, enclosed.) 6. Request to again use McClellanville as the starting site and base of operations for the Kando Adventure Race, scheduled for March 21, 2010. Please see the information from Steve Morrone, enclosed. 7. Re-appointment of BCD Council of Governments Board Member for Awendaw and McClellanville: Please see the letter from COG Director Ron Mitchum. 8. Proclamation request from the Coastal Carolina Council of the Boy Scouts of America 9.
