1. Minutes

2. Dr. David Hughes would like to update Council on the progress of the Town's pilot project with the Clemson Institute for Community and Economic Development.

3. Lt. Sam Brock from the Charleston County Sheriff's Office will report to Council and hear any local law enforcement concerns.

4. Town Marshal Larry McClellan would like to speak to Council regarding the animal control ordinances and enforcement in Town.

5. Mayor Leland will report on a recent "Seewee Summit" organized by County Councilman Dickie Schweers to encourage communication and cooperation among leaders in East Cooper towns and neighborhoods.

6. Scotia Street drainage problems: Councilman Bob Gannon would like to discuss this problem with Council.

7. Transportation Sales Tax FY 2011 Annual Allocation Projects (Please see the copy of the letter and application, enclosed). We must respond by March 12. Does Council have suggestions for projects?

8. Consideration of an appointment to fill a vacancy on the Planning Commission: Please see the application letter(s), enclosed.

9. Resolution Request: Resolution opposing any fishing area closures off the coast of South Carolina (Please see copy, enclosed).

10. Budget planning: We need to schedule a working meeting to plan for the Town's FY 2010/2011 budget. Possible dates include Monday March 22 or March 29. Does Council have a preference for the meeting date?

Mary has some questions regarding the Request for Proposals for Audit Services, as our three-year contract with Roger Long has expired.
